This year’s Free Kids Fringe at the Roberta Bondar Pavilion is packed with crafts, costumes, bubbles, costumes and the occasional busker to provide creative entertainment for kids of all ages. We also have theatre shows and storytelling geared to the young and young at heart.

Story Time with Grup the Clown

Fringe North International Theatre Festival presents Story Time with Grup the Clown at the library! On Friday, August 16, 2019, from 10:00 to 10:30 a.m., children of all ages are invited to the James L. McIntyre Centennial Library (50 East St.) for a magical, music-filled story time with Grup! No registration is required.

Youth Odena – Box Fort

Youth Odena will be returning to the Bondar Tent on Saturday August
17th, as they build another giant box fort for kids to decorate and play in

Max Warren – Aurialis Flow

Busker Max Warren “Auealis Flow will be performing at Kids Fringe
and providing juggling lessons to families as well.


Art in the Parkin Lot

The Arts Council will be bringing its annual Art in the Parkin Lot,
and free art activities.

Free Music Concerts

The Arts Council will be programming music on the Bondar stage,
Sunday will be a family day.


Arts Gallery – Free art activites

The Art Gallery will be providing art activities
Saturday, 11a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
