Fringe North 2022 - Live Meets Digital - A Multi-Arts Experience

We welcome submissions for both live and digital content, in the language of your choice, from any artistic discipline. The core of the festival has been theatre and performance, but we encourage and celebrate multi-disciplinary submissions.

Spots are awarded on a first come, first served basis, with 50% slots held for IBPOC artists. We are committed to create an accessible and inclusive festival for all, and strongly encourage equity-deserving artists to submit. Participation fees are waived this year, and we welcome artists at all stages of development!

Fringes support artists first -- 100% of proceeds from ticket sales are paid directly to participating artists. We are also pleased to say all submitted shows of 15+ min will receive a guaranteed income of $100 CND. This means that you will get paid to participate even without selling tickets! Guaranteed funding for shorter content will be based fairly according to length. Full details will be released on the website in the next short while, so PLEASE STAY TUNED! Young and emerging artists, watch for details on the Emerging Artists in Residency Program, which will be announced next month!
